Then, you can track the progress of your job through direct communication with the Creatr via the platform’s messaging system This is where the Creatr can provide you with updates on the job's status, including any changes or important details.
To ensure both sides stay informed, we encourage you to send updates on your progress regularly and communicate directly with the Creatr through the platform. If a Creatr contacts you with updates, you will also receive a text message notification.
